RETURN AND REFUND
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a GLOSIL product you have ordered from glosil.in kindly contact our Customer Service Representative via emal (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone ( +919786766631).Once our Service Representative deems it eligible for Return and Refund, you can send the unused product with the original packing via a trusted courier service. Kindly ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase and reason for product return.
If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by GLOSIL customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.
It might take 5-6 working day for the product to reach us and another 2-3 days for us to process your return. Any Refunds can take a maximum of 5 days and you will be sent a confirmation email upon refund completion.
