Kindly ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase and reason for product return.
  • If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by GLOSIL customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.
  • It might take 5-6 working day for the product to reach us and another 2-3 days for us to process your return. Any Refunds can take a maximum of 5 days and you will be sent a confirmation email upon refund completion.
